If WLA is able to bring a wireless tenant to your property, then you must either pay a success fee of 25% of your new monthly rental amount procured by WLA for the duration of the lease term, or monetize your wireless cell tower lease through Wireless Capital Partners, our parent company, for a 20 to 40-year term.
