How would you describe your relationship with your cell site tenant?
Very good. I don’t even know that they are here.
So-so. I like the income so I put up with the inconvenience / intrusion.
Bad. The trouble that they cause is not worth the income.
How did you get your first cell site?
I was approached by a company to put a cell site on my property.
I actively contacted tower companies.
Not sure – the site was already there when I bought the property.
If you do not have a cell site now, why do you want one on your property?
It seems to be an easy way to get some extra income.
