The Team of Experts

To provide our members with the highest level of service, we have brought together experts from the Telecom Network Deployment, Cell Site Acquisition and Management as well as Legal and Advocacy industries. Members of our Advisory Board have collectively developed over 21,000 cell sites for eight major carriers and tower companies, and are frequent speakers at wireless industry conferences. Also, we manage over 15,000 leases for major, national clients and have brought new tenants to these clients. This experience provides us with a deep understanding of the zoning and permitting process. Lastly, we have on staff four full-time lawyers who are highly experienced in the telecom and real estate industries. They have reviewed thousands of wireless leases and understand market conditions that drive rent values.
