Membership Coordinator

Location: West Los Angeles

Responsibilities

• Prepare property information of members for site promotion
• Assist members with membership upgrade and other requests or inquiries
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver professional services to members
• Coordinate promotional campaigns to attract prospective members

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• At least two years of experience in customer service
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency with MSOffice suite
• Wireless industry experience desirable but not required

Site Promotion Specialist

Location: West Los Angeles

Responsibilities

• Actively and aggressively promote member properties to tower companies and wireless carriers
• Attend industry and other networking events to broaden the reach and visibility of the WLA
• Negotiate new leases on behalf of members

• At least two years of experience in wireless siting
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

Online Market Researcher (Full- or Part-Time, Flexible Hours)

• Locate cell sites and identify property owners using various online search engines and online resources
